A Gateway to Emotional Health

Venus allows us these days to go through a very special process of leaving behind unwanted emotional prints, and adopting some elevating and healthy feelings in their place.

Venus is our closest neighbor, the brilliant and beautiful planet of harmony, love and feelings. This week Venus  is creating an opposition with Pluto, a very special celestial body that marks metamorphosis and breakthroughs.

Together, Venus and Pluto are allowing us to take a closer look at our feeling-life and to improve it. It is as though a cosmic doorway is now opening, that allows us to change unwanted emotional prints, and to make our feeling life healthier.

Due to this unique astrological gateway, offered here today is a special process for everybody who so wishes to do. This was a process in several of my astrology workshops, and had miraculous results. It can be done alone, following the questions one by one, or with a friend – one reading the questions to the other.

Emotional Metamorphosis Process / Karni Zor

  1. Try to detect a certain emotional pattern that reoccurs in certain situations in your life.
  2. Describe your behavior pattern: What do you feel? What do you do when this emotional pattern is at play?
  3. Try to detect either the age or the situation this pattern first appeared.
  4. Did you see other people in your life act in that same fashion, have the same emotional pattern?
  5. What are the disadvantages/unfortunate sides of this emotional pattern/reaction/behavior ?
  6. What are the benefits of this behavior? What does it allow you? What do you get from it?
  7. How can you gain the same benefits in a different way (without the emotional behavior)?
  8. If you had the amount of energy needed for the emotional reaction free for other uses, what would you do with it?
  9. How can you respond in a healthier fashion when the circumstance that lead to that pattern happen again? What would be a better reaction?
  10. Try to come up with other several other ideas of how to react in a healthy way in similar situations… (do not settle for the one option above)
  11. Imagine yourself reacting differently. Take the time to really visualize yourself in a situation that might set the emotional pattern, and instead- acting differently. (Give this process a few minutes).
  12. Take 10 minutes of quiet time with yourself… you can draw, or write, or move…
