These days Mercury and the Sun, two celestial bodies that are connected to logic, are opposing Neptune – planet of muse, inspiration and spirituality.

All astrological opposition are situations in which two different poles  clash, till the lesson is learned and we find the way to combine the two seeming oppositions into one great power.

This specific opposition, on its lower end, makes our logic clash with our intuition. The planet’s position can cause confusion and even make us drift away from our own aims, as one can be lured by the Sirens into the deep sea.

For those not skilled at combining the two, and using them both simultaneously (reason and spirituality, that is),  this can be a tricky time, a time in which we might not know which part  to trust – logic or intuition.

This opposition asks us to find the way to combine the two great powers and skills we have, the power of the mind and the power of the heart.

This is a great time to start working with the left and right hemispheres of our brains together – instead of letting one side being more dominant, and thus finding the magic this inner-cooperation can do…
