There is a special connection between the opposing astrological realms. Looking at the six celestial couples we can learn six important life lessons.

The Realm of the Flame and the Realm of Creation complete one another and talk about the contradiction between the initial flame and the long process needed to manifest something out of it. It is the story of the contradiction between the intangible and the tangible.

There is a huge conflict between an untamable life-passion and the mature ability to build something tangible. The spark is immediate, but the Creation process requires a deliberate and organized cooling process, a time of planning and commitment to the process. Think about the contradiction between a passionate night’s love, and the 9 months process of a baby’s creation, not to mention the years of commitment parenting requires.

Or think about an immediate musical inspiration and the actual process of writing a song, recording it and marketing it.

It might seem that the manifestation phase lowers the original flame, but the fact is that without bringing things down to earth the bursting flame will  quickly become extinct. When you think of it, that initial flame can only last for a very short period. Cooling the flame and starting a long process of manifestation might seem as “killing the spark”. But the ability to create something out of  passion, makes the original flame last forever.

Looking at this celestial couple from the other direction we will see that just creating something without a passion behind it, is sterile and futile. Everything that we do, that we create, everything that we devote our life to, needs to come out of a passionate flame.

There is great magic in the combination of the two contradicting powers: the passionate essence of life, and the ability to use the primary force and then manifest out of it something tangible in an aware, planned, and devoted manner.

These days, as there is an alignment between the Realm of the Flame, planet Earth, the Sun and the Realm of Creation, are good days to swell in this lesson.
